The premises have been filmed and enjoyed worldwide by film crews and dignitaries. The collection of museum quality art and furnishings is stupendous.
We have staff on call from 7:30 AM until 5:30 PM during office hours, but can easily accommodate any schedule with advance notice.
Discretion & Privacy are really what you are paying for -- we even have "privacy misting machine" by the pool area so that passing boats cannot see into the patio or terrace. The mist creates a natural barrier that blurs anyone's attempt to zoom in with a photographic lens.

Gorgeous patio with dancing fountains that light up in extraordinary colors that can fit from 600 to 3,000 guests for Weddings, Bat-Mitzvas, Photoshoots, Film Productions, Yachting & Charity Events, Automobile & Art Exhibitions.
We can assign a personal assistant or personal valet/personal concierge from the office at anytime. We have quality service providers who come to the home to do manicures, pedicures, massages, etc.
We can offer a personal chef, a yacht of your choosing with captain and crew, even access to exotic vehicles.
Long-term or short-term rentals available.
Depending on the time of year, rates vary from $5,000/week to $25,000/week.
