Welcome to RentExpert, Inc. (RENTEXPERT). RENTEXPERT may conduct its business through multiple websites some of which include Rentexpert.com, Rentexpert.org, Rentexpert.us, Rentexpert.biz, Rentexpert.net, vacationblogspot and other domains as and when acquired by Rentexpert, Inc. By using or accessing RENTEXPERT (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you agree to and are subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not fully agree to these Terms, you may not access or otherwise use the Site. You should read through all the Terms carefully. The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RENTEXPERT.
RENTEXPERT is an Online Marketplace
The Website acts as an online marketplace for you to find and transact with other users, members, buyers, renters, or clients (the "Users")) showing products or services on the Service or otherwise associated with the Service. RENTEXPERT is not a party to any agreement you may make with regard to any product. Any information you provide to Users in connection with your application remains with that party.
Use of the Website
RENTEXPERT grants Users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the Site to Property Managers, Property Owners, Real Estate Agents and others with access to Vacation Rental Properties to advertise vacation rental properties. RENTEXPERT also grants Users the right to make legitimate enquiries for their personal use. Any other use of this site is expressly prohibited. Specifically, this license does not include any right of research for the purpose of competing with RENTEXPERT, collection, aggregation, copying, duplication, display or derivative use of the site, or the right of use of data mining, robots, spiders or similar data gathering and extraction tools without our prior written permission; provided, however, that a limited exception from the foregoing exclusion is provided to general purpose internet search engines, non commercial public archives, general directories such as yellow pages that use tools to gather information for the sole purpose of displaying hyperlinks to the site, provided that they do so from a stable IP address or a range of stable IP addresses using an easily identifiable agent and complies with our robots.txt file. General purpose internet search engines do not include websites or search engines that provide classified listings, property rental advertisements, or any subset of the same, or which is in the business of providing property rental services.
Unauthorized Use
You may not reproduce, copy, republish, or distribute any part of the content on our site in any form whatsoever without our written consent using any method including, but not limited to using any framing technique to mirror or replicate any portion of our site. You may not create derivative works of this site and its content, even if it is in a different language. You may not reverse engineer any part of this site. You may not engage in any business transaction with respect to this site or on behalf of RENTEXPERT. without our prior written permission. You may not post or transmit vulgar, abusive, racial, defamatory, pornographic or other material that would be considered a criminal offense or provide grounds for a lawsuit. You may not post any information that is misleading. You may not use the site in a way that causes undue stress on our servers or a denial of service. You may not violate or infringe on the rights of third parties with the help of our site. You may not upload spyware or malware to our site.
Grant of Copyright
By using this site, you grant to us a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty free and fully paid up license to use, copy, license, sublicense, distribute, reproduce, modify, edit any of your content.
When you order a Virtual Tour from us, you agree that the rights to the images in the virtual tour belong to RENTEXPERT and may be displayed only in a site powered by RENTEXPERT or a site that is authorized by RENTEXPERT.
Indemnity
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold RENTEXPERT and its management harmless from and against any liability and costs incurred by the indemnified parties with any claim arising out of your use of this site including, without limitation, attorney's fees and costs. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and you shall not in any event settle any matter without our written consent.
Privacy Policy
When you use our site, you agree to allow RENTEXPERT to add your email address to our email database. You may receive various messages from us including those related to site availability, promotional offers

Spamming Policy
RENTEXPERT does not participate in or tolerate the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM) - RENTEXPERT reserves the right to cancel (without refund) any Client or user who uses RENTEXPERT in any way to send SPAM.
Inability to provide services
If RENTEXPERT is unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, neither the management nor shareholders of RENTEXPERT are liable for any costs beyond the prorated cost paid by the Client for the services that were not provided. RENTEXPERT does not guarantee that the site will be available 100% of the time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, BOTH PARTIES HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO EACH OTHER AND ALL THIRD-PARTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO SERVICE, (AND ALL COMPONENTS THEREOF) INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted, and applied in accordance with the law of the State of Washington without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be fully settled in accordance with the Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall take place in Washington. The award of the arbitrators will be final and binding upon the Parties.
